Pats Peak Ski Area

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

At Pats Peak Ski Area in Henniker, NH, Fall Line Construction provided specialized excavation and grading services to support new trail development and lift infrastructure expansion. The project involved precise earthwork on steep mountain terrain to establish stable foundations, employing advanced equipment such as the Komatsu PC240LC-11 excavator, John Deere 850K dozer, and John Deere 748H grapple skidder. Our team maintained strict safety standards and coordinated complex equipment scheduling to efficiently complete the work on time, minimizing disruption to ski area operations.

This project underscores Fall Line Construction’s expertise in mountain excavation, slope stabilization, and ski lift foundation installation. Our collaborative approach with Pats Peak allowed the resort to progress confidently with its growth plans, enhancing skier access and supporting the area’s continued development as a premier New England ski destination.
