Carrabassett Valley Academy Podium

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In 2022, Fall Line Construction partnered with CVA, Sugarloaf Mountain, Sugarloaf Ski Club, Colby, and the University of Maine at Farmington to elevate winter sports training at Narrow Gauge and Competition Hill. Our team delivered comprehensive ski area construction services including slope grading, excavation for lift foundations, trenching for snowmaking infrastructure, backfill and compaction, and T-bar lift assembly.

Using specialized equipment like the John Deere 748H Grapple Skidder for material handling, the Komatsu 240 LC-11 Excavator for steep-slope excavation, and the John Deere 850C Bulldozer for grading and pipe installation, we enhanced slope stability, improved site safety, and restored trails to ensure long-lasting, high-performance ski terrain.

Fall Line Construction remains committed to delivering professional ski resort development services that combine precision engineering with sustainable mountain construction practices.
