PROJECT DESCRIPTION
At the White Mountain Hotel & Resort in North Conway, NH, Fall Line Construction provided comprehensive excavation and civil support for critical utility upgrades and site improvements during a major property renovation. Our scope included expert trenching for a new septic system, precision grading around high-traffic hotel grounds, and detailed site preparation throughout the adjacent golf course.
Working alongside resort management, our team coordinated heavy equipment operations in tight, visually sensitive environments, delivering accurate results with minimal disruption to daily hotel and resort activities. Utilizing advanced excavation techniques and specialized equipment, we optimized drainage, soil conditions, and infrastructure reliability to support the resort’s upgraded amenities, improved guest experience, and long-term operational success.
